| Eligibility | Meet the following two requirements: Being a disabled person: having a deficiency resulting in a significant and persistent disability and being subject to encountering obstacles in the performance of everyday activities and Have mobility limitations justifying the use of a paratransit service - be unable to: * walk 400 meters on level ground * climb or a 35 cm high step with support or descend it without support * make an entire trip using regular public transport * orient oneself in time or space * control situations or behaviors that could be detrimental to their own safety or that of others * communicate verbally or by gesture (this limitation alone cannot be used for admission purposes) |
