Description Assistance and guidance services provided to users of the health and social services network in need of help to register a complaint regarding the services they received or should have received 
 
Services: 
* Information regarding rights and the procedures of complaints 
* help with the selection of the required documents and drafting of the complaints 
* assistance and support during the procedures (individual complaints, reporting, request involving medical records) 
 
Services are free and confidentials

* University Hospital Center (CHU)  
* Hospital Center 
* Long Term Care Center (CHSLD)  
* A Health and Social Services institution which generally offers the function of an Hospital Center, a Health and Social Services Local Center (CLSC) * (CSSS)

* Community center recognized and financed by a Health and Social Services Center 
* Ambulance service company 
* Family or nursing home related to a public institution
