| Description | Promotion of the personal and collective well-being of the English-speaking population of the Québec region by offering a range of healthy living programs* development of programs and activities tailored to meet the health and social services needs of the English-speaking community * We Volunteer: help seniors living at home, residents of the Saint Brigid’s CHSLD, individuals with special needs, English-speaking families, and many others * Caregivers’ Circle : coffee meet-ups for caregivers, “Caring Chapters” book club * Aging in Community : supports seniors by giving them access to resources and opportunities to lead healthy, fulfilling, and active lives within their community * Men’s Health : supports men in fostering well-being through sports, social activities, and peer support * Family – Early Childhood for parents of young children * Mental Health : art therapy, “Buddy Up” for men, Pilates, yoga, etc. * Youth & Engaged : empowers young adults aged 15 to 30 to get involved in their community, interact with peers, find support, and access valuable resources * S.N.A.C.S. for individuals with special needs * Community Wellness : annual flu vaccination campaign, “Pathfinder” sentinel network |
