Description Popular education organization that supports and defends the rights of non-unionized workers 
 
* Expertise on Québec labor laws, in particular the Act respecting Labor Standards (LSA) 
* Legal information service by telephone (free and confidential) 
* Training on workplace rights (labor standards, psychological and sexual harassment, employment agencies, etc.) 
* Free group information meetings on CNESST complaint and mediation processes. 
* Publication of educational and analytical documents on rights at work, including our "ABC des personnes non syndiquées". 
* Collective actions to protect and improve the working and living conditions of non-unionized workers. 
* Concertation with other community organizations and unions
