Hearing Aid Dispenser Complaints
Programs that accept and, where possible, attempt to resolve complaints regarding the licensing, incompetence, negligence, quality of service, excessive fees, unprofessional conduct or other inappropriate business practices of individuals who supply hearing aids. Typical complaints relate to failure to comply with warrantees, fraud or misrepresentation in the fitting or selling of hearing aids, unlicensed practices and deceptive or misleading advertising.
Physician/Surgeon Complaints

Dietitian/Nutritionist Complaints
Programs that accept and, where possible, attempt to resolve complaints regarding the licensing, incompetence, negligence, quality of service, unlicensed activities, excessive fees, unprofessional conduct or other inappropriate practices of dietitians and nutritionists.
Marriage and Family Counsellor Complaints
Programs that accept and, where possible, attempt to resolve complaints regarding the licensing, negligence, quality of service, excessive fees, misrepresentation, fraud, unprofessional conduct or other inappropriate business practices of people who provide marriage and family counselling.
Medical Support Personnel Complaints
Programs that accept and, where possible, attempt to resolve complaints regarding the incompetence, negligence, quality of service, unprofessional conduct or other inappropriate business practices of individuals who perform various duties under the direction of a physician or nursing staff in the examination and treatment of patients. Included are complaints about medical assistants and physician assistants who work directly with physicians, nurses and surgeons; EMTs who provide emergency medical assistance at the scene of an accident or other incident; medical laboratory technicians; and individuals such as diagnostic medical sonographers and nuclear medicine technicians who administer specialized diagnostic tests.
Nurse Complaints
Programs that accept and, where possible, attempt to resolve complaints regarding the licensing, incompetence, negligence, quality of service, unlicensed activities, excessive fees, unprofessional conduct or other inappropriate practices of nurses.
Osteopath Complaints
